some days you 'have it', some days you don't. Today was a 'don't' day.

couldn't find heart rate watch, so don't have those numbers.

Also learned that continuing education video during bike riding does not necessarily mean a good ride. I somehow ended up with several videos teaching Active Release. Watched one of those today. So I learned some new things, but the bike ride wasn't as good -- but it IS time in the saddle.

Kind of a tough week this week for workouts (nice job, Captain Obvious)... hope it is more the exception rather than the rule.

preparing taxes for the accountant and changing where my neighbor's sump pump drains took precedence over training today.  Good news, the taxes are going to the accountant tomorrow, and hopefully I won't have standing water in my back yard.

 

Oh yeah, if anyone needs some wire (like what would be used for croquet loops), let me know. I have a bunch left over. Not sure what I would do with it...
