Feeling fine and could workout, but very busy getting ready for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer this weekend. I will probably not logging any workouts until at least monday. I have a run or bike schedualed to work friday, but will not have computer access to log it.
Thank you to everyone for looking at my RR. Just a clarification, I am only signed up for Cranberry at this time this season. A third race is pending, but not firm yet.

Was up too late last night looking for my RR. Am a little sore in the quads from the race, but not realy bad like Lowell last year.

Rode Dulcenea to work. Fastest ever. pretty good since I hit almost all of the 9 trafic lights for at least 30 seconds each
