Tough run today, thinss started hurting lots after about 15.5 miles. I talked myself into doing at least 20, but looping near the house in case things got too bad (knowing I could convince myself to run a few extra miles). At 19.7, I passed by the neighborhood and decided I could survive a few more miles. Not the pace or feeling I had hoped for on this run, but I could have survived another 4 miles and probably hit around a 4:10 - and this was a training run. Overall, this was a good experience and I'm glad I decided to top out at 22 miles this time.

22 mile run for tomorrow, I'm excited and nervous about that. I haven't run that far in training before, but I think this will be good for me. I need to keep it nice and easy the whole way AND remember to eat before I run. I have a new audiobook ready for the occasion!

Workout: 3 x 3mi @ MP, 1/2 mile recovery between.
Seriously awesome run. Effort was nice and easy, good pace, I would like to repeat this feeling in a little over 3.5 weeks. :)

Thu - The Grind Bike (1hr)
Fri - Off
Sat - 22mi LSD Run
Sun - 2hr LSD Bike

Rough start to the ride on the trainer, finally realized by brake was rubbing (how does this always happen to me?) and couldn't get it to stop. I gave up and just took the brakes off completely - problem solved for the ride. :)
