Path was singletrack of packed down ice/snow with a few mud puddles here & there. I actually like runningon the ice since I think it helps with my form - especially footstrike. Kept it easy (no HRM data though, it's been screwy while running lately) but to be honest, I'd expected the pace to start coming down by now. I think I'm getting good at running short & slow.

I may have broken my computer...  I opened it up last to to clear out some dust, just using one of those air spray thingies, and now I have these weird streaks on the display.  Sometimes it's just a couple, sometimes the whole screen is messed up, sometimes (like now) it seems fine.  It's an old cmoputer and hopefully it's just a display problem but still...  Who knew computers require a layer of dust to work properly?
