Easy recovery run. How come this same route has been a little under seven before?
Had a slight pain on the inside of my left foot just above the ankle. Noticed it for about the first 2 miles. It went away but I usually don't have pain there. And also why do new shoes always give me blisters on the arches of my feet? I'm just full of questions tonight. I just wish I had more answers. Not only with running but with life in general.

Race report is up!

Nice easy run just to shake the legs out before tommorrow.
Recently bought new trainers and I had to put speed laces in them tonight in preperation for tommorrow. A little fine tuning on the run never hurt. I am really anxious for the race. I think my training has been going awesome. Now if I can just put it altogether tommorrow!!! At this race last year I qualified for USAT Nationals. This race was in late May last year. I MUST be faster this year!!!
