Long run. Decent pace for this distance. Half way there! Was really tough after 10 miles. Felt really trashed afterwards so I guess I'm going to have to plan on that for the rest of this marathon schedule. It would probably help if I wasn't running on sidewalks so I've got to find some off-road routes.
