Woohoo! 7 miles at under 10min/mi. I also negative split this run 35:28 & 33:38. I've been pushing my runs a little for the upcoming Sprint.

I was hoping for a PR. Looks like I got my 2nd best time at this distance. I did get a negative split however, which is great. I never do that. Pretty soon a 3-mile run isn't even going to count as a workout.

LSD ride. Kept it easy except for the 2 big hills coming and going. Max HR 168. Max speed 41mph.

Long run. Decent pace for this distance. Half way there! Was really tough after 10 miles. Felt really trashed afterwards so I guess I'm going to have to plan on that for the rest of this marathon schedule. It would probably help if I wasn't running on sidewalks so I've got to find some off-road routes.
