Lunch bike with PB. New Windsor/Union Bridge from college. Started and ended watch at top of the hill. I did 100% of the work. Patrick hung back and let me do my thing. Good bike ride on a really windy day. power was 240/250 without too much effort. Probably 10 watts higher than I would have liked but didn't feel too hard. Had race wheels on but no other aero stuff.

Standard race prep ride one week out from racing. 2 hours with some race pace effort mixed in there. Tried to keep mostly a steady effort without crushing myself too much. Ended up with a bit lower wattage than desired (225 vs 230ish) but my average speed was way higher than expected. This bike is fast.
