Long bike after drunken Brew Fest evening. I have no idea how I dragged myself out of bed for this one. Felt slow and fat and miserable to start. Last hour of the bike was probably the best but still not great. Catoctin Hallow, Park Central, Raven Rock, Hornets Nest.

Need to stop drinking and eating so much. Way overweight right now.

Early AM ride from usual spot in Westminster. it was a wet morning and just finished raining.

Took some new roads that I don't normally take. Crashed hard on a wooden bridge that was still wet and slippery from the rain. Limped the 20 miles back to the car.

Hip is rashed up and swollen. Otherwise I think I fared pretty well. Lucky.
