My first trail run ever. It had it listed as a 10K but the garmin clearly indicates I ran more than that. Several others said their garmins had what mine did. How do you measure a course like that anyway? It was a lot of fun and very challenging. I need to eat and relax and then will do a race report and a blog update.

Waiting until after yoga to do abs in case she works our abs a lot during yoga.

I've been thinking about doing some trail running and there happens to be a 10k trail run this Sunday. I signed up today. I hope I don't regret it. I have no time expectations and am just going to go out and have fun. I know I'll be slower than a normal 10k. It will be interesting. At least I have some trail shoes. That I haven't run in yet. Guess I better do that this week. :)
