Wind was opposite of what it normally was. It was kind of fun going up the hill at 21 mph instead of 14.

The Lake Pflugerville tri route. Was riding with 3 others - slow at times to make sure we were all together and pushing at other times. I'm hoping to average at least 18 in the race, but not sure if my bike is where it needs to be right now for that.
Brick run in my trail shoes to see how they feel.

The car temperature on the way home from work said 100. I know it wasn't really that hot but it was hot enough that I didn't feel like getting out in it today, so a treadmill run it was.

My first trail run ever. It had it listed as a 10K but the garmin clearly indicates I ran more than that. Several others said their garmins had what mine did. How do you measure a course like that anyway? It was a lot of fun and very challenging. I need to eat and relax and then will do a race report and a blog update.
