Done before the sun got up!

The first 4.5 miles were rough because dinner was still in my belly.  Mmmm  Chicken wings!  I felt better after that and picked up the pace.

This ended up as an off day.  Plan was to swim and run, but that got cut to just a swim, and then that got cut to nada.  I did get to spend the day watching the girls swim at GT.  What they lack in ability they make up for with enthusiasm.
