I missed my swim since I had to spend the day in Troy after the ride. Her family is in town from Georgia.

Ran in DS trainers at the park. Quads soar the entire run. Energy level felt very good again today on the run.

I went to the pool this morning and it was closed do to maintenance. So I came home to run. Looks like I may have to spend the cash and get a YMCA membership.

Quads where soar for the entire run. But energy level was great. One of my better training paces I have ever ran. Had one scoop of EFS before the run.
