First ride off the trainer on the tri bike. What a difference!! It was windy today as well so I got blown all over. I finally turned around because it just didn't feel very safe. Oh well. Tri again tomorrow.

Worked on pace more. I think I am going to focus on running and biking until after the duathlon on the 29th. I drove the course today so I am going to practice ride it next week a couple of times.

Tried to go for a longer run (8) but my body said no. Guess I need to start in with less than I thought. My left IT band hurt a bit and I had to walk twice for a while. Guess I will start with less.

Just good LSD. Ran long and it was very windy. The wind made about 6 of the thirteen miles miserable. Oh well. I went far enough for me.
