Ran with Laurie. I didn't think I was sore until I got about 5 steps into it. Guess I was wrong. She also signed up for her first tri in September. I am very proud of her!!! I know its a stretch but she'll be great.

Over all a decent tri. I am still getting my lungs healed up after being sick and I would say that was my weak point. My muscles could do more but I couldn't move the air and my chest just hurt. T1 was 2 mins flat and T2 was 59 seconds. I did this course this spring and was 3:13 faster. The interesting thing is that my swim was 5:30 faster, bike was almost the same and run was 2 mins slower. Interesting. I also got 49 out of 550 overall. Kinda fun.
Well I still know what I need to work on. I am also going to cut down my wetsuit. The sleeves and legs are just too hard to take off and I actually ripped my wetsuit trying. I am just too wobbly after the swim to fight the suit that much. :-)

Went to the doctor this morning and finally figured out what has been bugging me and making me sick off and on since last june. He did a little tweaking and I feel amazingly better. I slept a full night last bight without interruption. Good stuff.

Sick again today. I go to the doc tomorrow and get this figured out. I shouldn't have goose bumps when it is 85degrees out.

It was only windy on the uphill half of the ride. I was averaging 20 until I made the turn for home. Oh well, good resistance training.
