Well I decided that I would give these a try since I haven't touched them in awhile. It didn't go very well. I am hoping that it is because I am just pure exhausted, and not that my arms are going in the wrong direction. Hopefully the next few days will show better results.

Well after a nights rest (never said a good nights rest) my legs feel good.  I figured that they would be sore, but they are not even a little sore which is good.  May once I get home I will go on a bike ride or a swim.  We will see.

Well today was Laura's big day. She did very well on her first ever Half Marathon. I decided to run with her, that way I could keep her going if she started to give up. Of course that never happened, but it was nice to run with her anyways.

Ok it's official, I am registered for the Denver Marathon.  26.2 here I come (again).  Let's hope I adjust to the new climate quickly.  Otherwise it will be a long Oct 19th.
