Snug run. I think I could have done a little better if I didn't need to stop for traffic lights. I lost a really good pace, though out of my comfort zone, I felt like I could have continued to go. Oh, well I would rather not get hit by a car.

I have full plans of going to the Irish Snug and running tonight.  I also, intend to enjoy the two for one special after the run while I eat the free pasta.  A cold one sounds really good right now.

After lunch is over I need to practice for a color gaurd at work.  Oh what fun, but at least the color gaurd is Saturday and they are going to feed me some fancy fish diner.  I am a little excited about that.  Update, considering I was practicing the color gaurd with people that have never done one before, it went really well.  At least we wont look like complete fools.

Boots and utilities half mile course. I learned the hard way that I can pass this portion of the new Combat Fitness Test, but I need to pace myself better. I went out there thinking I can all out sprint the whole .5 mile. I made it about 350 meters before I had to drop back drastically. The good news is I have up to 4 minutes to perform this. I think with a little training and not going all out from the get go, I can come in under 3 min.
