| Sport comments: Attempted the certification test again today. I think I could do it now and pass, although today was also the first time a kettlebell has flown out of my hands on accident while doing a swing. :)
Walked for 2 miles at the park afterwards.

| Sport comments: What a fun workout!! Did it with 2 others at the morning class today. Before everyone I arrived I did:
38lb wide grip barbell:
15 squats
15 push press
15 row
15 lunges each side
15 mountain climbers each side
Then with class I did:
5 minute rounds, AMRAP:
Round 1: Barbell
squats 10
push press 10
row 10
lunge 10
mountain climbers 10
Round 2: Bandit Loop/TRX
squats 10
pushups 10 (feet in loops)
rows 10
lunges (reverse) 10
mountain climbers 10 (feet in loops)
Round 3: Kettlebell
squats 10
push press 10
row 10
lunge 10 (tactical)
mountain climbers 10
Round 4: Bodyweight
squats 10
pushups 10
rows 10 (in TRX again)
lunges 10
mountain climbers 10
