So I was suppose to do a 5 minute warm up and then 2 x do
90 sec run
90 sec walk
3 minutes run
3 minutes walk
So I put it into my Garmin Oh my...during what I thought was my 3 minute runs I was struggling and couldn't believe how hard it was to run for 3 lousy minutes...turns out I also repeated the 5 minutes...still pathetic that I can barley run 5 minutes...but I feel better about it...especially when it was at 11:45 pace.
