Rest day before the race tomorrow.

I totally wrenched my thumb in the door handle this morning while letting the dog out. Nothing's broken or anything, but it hurts like hell. Hopefully won't bother me too much tomorrow. Advil is my friend.

Oh, and we have hubby's class reunion tonight before we can take off for the race. It's a 215 mile drive to the race from the reunion. I sure hope we get out of the reunion early... ugh. Sleep will be limited tonight, unfortunately. (We registered for the race before we got the reunion invite.)

Ok, enough of my whining for today. :)

I think this is the first week I've gotten all 9 workouts on the 3x balanced program in. I usually end up dropping one of the swims due to time constraints.
