Swim TT
Assess Fitness
WU: 500 warm up (wu). 8 x 50 on 15 sec rest.
MS: 1000 yd TT (time trial) for time. After TT - swim a very easy 100. After easy swim -3x200 at the same effort at the TT - on 15" rest.
CD: 200
Your TT time for the 1,000 is divided by 10, to get your avg. pace. This pace is now known as your T-Pace.
Swam at Heather Farms--pretty empty. Times for 50s (45.66, 46.35, 44.39, 44.60, 44.20,45.87, 46.00,46.82). 1000 time test was 17. 03. TT results 1:42.3. 300? 4:34, 2X200 (3:36, 3:42). There is a lot going on at work and I did a crappy job of counting laps.
It was not a bad swim considering that I had not swum for a week.

I did a straight hour of spinning on my trainer today watching the World Series. Danette is doing much better today and is moving around on crutches more often. Tomorrow I head back to work. ...And it is a good thing. I'm sure that me taking 4 days off with Danette is the reason that the stock market has dropped....

I ran at lunch from home around the resevior and back. I made it about 4 miles and almost yacked. I think I bonked. I had only 4 cups of coffee and toast this morning. It wasn't a good thing! We've all been there! I walked the last two miles or so.
