Played golf today and it's 8:17 and Im crashing in bed. Just can't get motivated to get up and go to the gym. Had 4 beers today, non usable calories, BAD! Now here I am wasting away watching the stupid tube! Have the Riverwood Sprint Saturday and I feel a total lack of motivation, this is old me!
