NAILED 245 on the bench finally! And, by nailed, I mean I squeaked that bar upward centimeter by centimeter until I finally got it all the way up. Felt like it took 10-minutes. But, Got-r-dun!!
Another fun-filled morning on the elliptical!
Hip still sore, not too much improvement, unfortunately. Hurts pretty bad to pick my foot up off the floor, and balance is almost non-existent. Going to try to get into a PT today or tomorrow. So, I was relegated to the elliptical today and for the foreseeable future. lrunfit got me squared away on the proper settings, being the elliptical queen that she is. Despite the help, I found this boring beyond all possible description. Got to be smart and nip this in the bud though.
Decent overall lifting session. Got 230 for 2 on the bench, defying the failures I've had lately at 240. Whatev. Hip still pretty sore...I wish I knew wtf I did? Can barely lift my leg or balance myself. Hoping it quiets down over the weekend and I can be back at it Monday.
Run with Tammy and Tom. Hip was causing some pain, possibly something I cannot just ignore right now. That being said, it didn't get WORSE during the run, and while it feels pretty painful now, it's not TERRIBLE. How bad could I be injured if I can go 12? The pain was slowing me down but RPE-wise and everything else feels great.
Hip was pretty sore throughout the day yesterday but seems "ok" today. Hoping it's not serious and I can keep moving forward. It's in my head at this point, though, I'll admit that.
