As a bonus, the Garmin Connect website is fantastic and adds another dimension to the utilization of the FR405, allowing you to analyze your workout in a number of very useful ways .

Comes with a very handy multisport setting - I did a triathlon where a friend held the unit while I swam, and she handed to me as I came out of the watr.
