This is the first "high-tech" approach I've seen to beating blisters. I love these things.

Excellent product and price which really aids in the long bike rides. Overall pleased with the item and plan to continue to try out different products. Find it easy to clean off the clothes also.

You can practically feel this thing, tight around the lower knee, holding the ITB band in front of the knee and keeping it from rubbing. Obviously, stretching and RICE is the answer to an ITB issue, but in a bind, this thing really came through.

I tend to have ITBS and that can be quite a challenge to heal. However after a few visits to a physio for some well deserves ART (Active Release Technique) - OUCH! I decided to buy a set of these straps. Amazing! I am of a very skeptical nature but I have to admit these straps relieve the pain COMPLETELY and INSTANTLY! I can run now and will run every single race with these straps!

In my battle against ITBS, this product has helped remarkably. It is much more aggressive than a foam roller, which tends to soften over time and has too wide of a circumfrence to really dig in.
I love using the quad roller on my quads and hamstrings, as well as my hip flexors. It breaks up the knots and adhesions.
Recommended for many conditions, including ITBS, plantar fasciitis, knee and hip dysfunction, etc. Lots of great articles at the website too.

My feet are all messed up, so I love this thing. It's like getting a deep foot massage when ever you want it.
