Performance
The feel while riding is comparable to riding on the road. The heavy fly wheel adds inertia and a good roll down.

Quality of Construction
Indestructable. I've ridden other less well built trainers and felt like I would break them if I pedaled too hard. Not the Road Machine - stable and strong.
