Good quality elastic, bib clips and waist buckle.

A little shorter than I'd like but not bad. Length is adjustable.
Strengths
Very easy to attach bib. I like this method a lot better than the snap method on a lot of belts.

Ease of use
Uses spring clips on sliding tabs to attach bib. Very easy to attach bib, it's attached securely and the tabs slide on the belt as you stretch it around your waist so the bib doesn't rip.
