"A solid HRM with questionable additions."RunningJayhawk

I've had issues which navigating around the various log/settings screens as the set up is not very intuitive. I purchased the Suunto t3 with as part of the Cycle Pack and I must admit that the bike pod is a bit on the challenging side to set up. The biggest downfall that I did not realize at the time of purchase was that it doesn't monitor cadence, and so I've gone ahead and purchased the CatEye Astrale 8, thus foregoing the use of the bike pod component all together.

I like that this product looks more like an everyday watch rather than a big chunky watch compared to the Garmin HRM. The HR numbers are big enough to catch on a quick glance which is nice.

So far I haven't had any major issues with the performance of the Suunto t3 HRM at all. The belt portion is surprisingly comfortable which is really important to me as I can't stand having a constricting feeling around my chest.

Offers additional add-on features like the foot pod, bike pod and GPS (can't comment on the quality of these though). The large, easy to read numbers are great.

The product itself is not very intuitive compared to say the Garmin Forerunner 305 or a Polar HRM. I still have issues remembering which buttons to press to hit the various status/log pages. I received this product as a gift after expressing some interest in it, however I'm not certain I would've bought it for myself WITH the pod feature.
