Just the start of a very hot run!

These are the first set of stairs that you run up within the first mile. Just after these, you turn the corner and have a steep hill to run up. Thank you very much!!!

This is where you run from the water to the stairs (see the runner), but it is also the last corner before running down the water's edge to the finish!

PRICELESS!!!!

My good friends named their daughter after me....she goes by her first name of Madalyn. This was the first time I had seen her since a few months after she was born, so we had to get a few pics together for her family...and of course, for me too. What a cutie! Good thing she got her family's looks and only my name!
