  • Comments: This is a great local race with over 800 people participating in the two distances. Drink stations on the course were a little too spread out for me although I only utilized 2 of them. Post race food/drink was a little light...only water to drink and an assortment of cookies, fruit and bagles (but nothing to put on the bagles---peanut butter ran out very early). Massages were being offered after the race but I didn't participate. Overall, it is a very good race. Well organized and the volunteers do a great job on the course.

  • Comments: Great running community in the Ithaca, NY area. Some fantastic athletes. Also a 10k that morning and the national level guys came out for it. Gusting winds at time that stood everybody up. Tucked and drafted as best I could.
