  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Had to leave early, and was told I'd won my age group(since Marty Gaal was 2nd overall), but apparently I got 2nd. Good overall race, still have a lot to improve, but happy with the overall result.

  • Comments: i think the road conditions could be improved, but that is hard to do on Avent Ferry Rd. Also there was some lack in direction for the "sidewalk" run uphils- there was also other prior race directions posted in chalk on the course which could have deterred some.
