Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was a great event - very well organized, and I felt very well-taken care of. I also think its the toughest race I've done so far. The bike in Pumpkinman is harder, but considering the swim is longer in this race, the long run to T1 and the tough run course, this race is harder overall. I like that they didn't make it an easier race just because its a women-only race. I will definitely do this race every year.

Comments: I love Irongirl. Fourth time next year!! First triathlon and close to my heart, I will do this every year if the city I live in offers it.

Comments: It's Irongirl! One of the better races I've ever done. LOTS of variety in food, that was awesome. Took home some tea bags. Shhh!

Comments: Fun well organized race, challenging course. THe ladies in the try were awesome and supportive of each other it almost made it feel like a group effort. Pending personal schedule I will definitely be back next year.
