  • Comments: I didnt' get to see the courses, but I saw the run out was on sand and happy I didn't have to do the whole shebang. Run back to T was long. I just stayed to the end of the rope where the sand was packed. Little bridge I had to slow down on for fear of slipping. Broke my momentum.

  • Comments: The post race activities were the best of any race I have been to. I need to get frigging healthy so I can race again. Overall we had fun :)Sprained my GOOD ankle unpacking the car at home...I swear I am doomed to not run or be an aquabike athlete
