  • Comments: Great race, tough course, good organization and people. Had a lot of things go bad, but hung in and finished the race. Not the time I expected, but even though the SAG wagon was lurking, I stuck with it. Great deal of learnings for the next Olympic I do. Super weather and Alex & I both finished. Even a bad day at a Tri is better than a lot of other good days.

  • Comments: This was the hardest thing I have EVER done in my life, I actually had to keep telling myself that "pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever. I lost track of how many times I wanted to stop and just go home but I kept on going. It was also the most rewarding feeling I have ever had crossing the finish line with my children running along side me and encouraging me and my friends and family supporting me.
