  • Comments: It was suppose to be a triathlon but the pool wasn't filled up yet. Something to do with not getting the final drainage upgrade plans from the State of Illinois. Changed to a Run Bike Run at the last minute. For me, it seemed like a good event but was a little disorganized at times. The main issue I had with this race is that I found out it would be a duathlon through members on this site. Never got an email indicating the change nor did I ever get a response to direct emails and voicemails to the race director/staff. Would I do it again? Probably if there is not another race I can do instead.
