  • Comments: Lots of people had changed to the OLY yesterday to avoid the weather drama but there were still a LOT of people out there today. Surprised by the numbers of fans out on the course too. Love the race and the venue. I'll be back but gotta figure out the long term goals. (photo from the day before when it wasn't a downpour)

  • Overall course based on my ability: Too hard

  • Comments: Full data report here: http://triregistration.com/IndividualResults.php?triresultid=148976 This was an epic and difficult race, likely the hardest course I have ever seen, with about double the elevation gain of Placid. Despite a cold and patellar tendinitis, I persevered through God's grace and promise to strengthen me every step of the way. Praise You, Jesus!

But as hard as this course is, it gave me the ass kicking I need to get to the next level. I just wish Connecticut would do a better job with the roads. Maybe use some of the revenue in permit fees from Rev3 to address it closer to race day. I live in the state and our roads aren't good. Thanks Rev3, race was great, it's humbling but I feel pretty strong considering what we went through. I feel like the weather impacted me enough where I lost at least 20 minutes and considering
