  • Comments: Pretty pleased with my performance in my first Tri. Everything went according to plan and I loved it! Can't wait to do more races next year, but I will defo finish with the Skinnyman again. Loved it!

  • Comments: Please remind me not to sign up for this race again. Too many rude newbies. The best part, besides having a positive outcome, was that I won a $50 gift certificate to Phoebe's for being the first person to register for the race. haha!

  • Comments: I held back on the swim because of conditions. Pushed on the bike as it is currently my strong event. Ran with the idea I might have to walk but, of course, pushed myself knowing I would pay for it later. With better transition times (no chit chat) I might have been closer to 3rd (almost 2:30 difference). But was stunned to find out I did well enough to place 4th (and the 5th place person was one second behind me).
