  • Comments: Another great Ironman. Was disappoined with the food at the athelete meeting, Worst food ever, and was dissapointed that they did away with there tradition of having people stand up to honor how many times they finished the race. THey really could have used Steve King. I get bored of hearing "You are an Ironman!' all day long by Mike Reilly, I was sad to see such traditions of Steve King and the Bike barn passed by, but other wise it was another great ironman race.

  • Comments: The race is awesome! The scenery, the volunteers, the spectators, the other participants, it's all so amazing. I'd like to try this again with some better training, and without the mishaps, to see what I could do.

  • Comments: will do another ironman in my lifetime just not sure when. everything went pretty well. i am home now after driving 16 hours straight through. and really i dont have too many body issues. it appears i am going to lose a toenail though. but they grow back right. now its time for the tattoo!! it was really good to see people i know get through the race it was more enjoyable for me to see that then my own finish. is that weird? so long bt. i think i am packing it in for a while. thanks for everything!

  • Comments: It was funny passing and being passed over and over by the same people on the swim, bike and run courses. I got several compliments on my bike, my bike colour, my butterfly jersey, my huge smile, and more! This was the hardest and most awesome thing I've ever done in my life. I loved doing it!
