  • Comments: -this was my first Triathlon and I didnt know exactly what to expect. -It was very difficult but I enjoyed it very much -Need a training plan that will emphasize the bike/run portions since I have been competitively swimming with a year of varsity experience for a very long time, and had acheived national standards in the 1500m freestyle

  • Comments: This is the first year I have done this race and despite the poor weather conditions it was excellent. I have to say the volunteers were great, being out there despite the crappy weather and cheering us on. Fantastic stuff.
