  • Comments: Keith puts on an awesome race. My family and I had a great time. The kids loved the kids zone, the Moose and the beach. Great food for everyone and lots of great swag. We are all looking forward to going to more of his races in the future.

  • Comments: Overall I think I had a very good race. I really enjoyed racing with friends that were amazingly supportive. The honest hope for each other that we each have our best day is probably what I enjoy most when competing in this sport. Having a coach to help with training has proved invaluable and this is most evident when I compare this race to last year's Timberman. In the swim I improved roughly 10 min, the bike roughly 15 min and the run is faster by over an hour! I keep on improving like this I could really be fast next year! ;) I can't wait to come back next year.

  • Comments: Keith puts on great races...lots of improvement year after year. The new finish area, food, kids area, were wonderful. Being a relay was a bit odd as we didn't get water bottles, medals, t-shirts and the results were not updated for more than 1.5 hour. Timing folks helped out printing out relay results when we asked. We moved up to 3rd with Helen's run and waited for awards and they only gave relays to first...odd. Checking the website that is what they say but seems odd. Why not give it 3 deep like all the other awards? Beautiful venue but with the cold water not likely I'll be doing full HIM or Oly again...I just don't like swimming in water in the 50's. Helen and Maraianne were great relay partners..did great and had fun!

  • Comments: As always I went into this race with many goals, first to beat last year’s time. Beyond that I set a goal of 5:48. I thought this was reasonable and possible. Next step up I thought 5:40 was attainable if I had a really good day. Anything under 5:40 would be gravy. I really had no idea what I was capable of. I felt in training I was faster than last season. But I haven’t been able to put a good/healthy race together to prove it. 5:35, that's a lot of gravy.

  • Comments: I loved this race. Yeah, even the sufferfest called the run. It was well done. I'm glad to have met some wonderful people and had a great time with dinner with everyone.

  • Comments: I went into this race as a training race for IMLP. I knew I wanted to push a little, but I wasn't going to race it all out. Once I saw a sub 5 in my grasp during the run, I gave it my all. I ended with a 4:57 finish time! Everything went as planned which is nice. Oh, for the first 3-4 miles on the run my hamstrings and right Tibialis anterior were really fatigued. It's day after the race amd my hamstrings, hips and calves are a bit achy but not as bad as expected.

  • Comments: Endorfun puts on a great race from start to finish and has great support. I highly recommend them as a race company. The weather was perfect for a race that long also. Never felt overheated.
