  • Comments: Beautiful course, fun and easy-going crowd, clean and clear lake, well organized, smooth roads (except first and last hills) decent post-race food. Will do again in 2008!

  • Comments: I really enjoyed this race - hills and all. It was well organized with plenty of volunteers. I will do this race again.

  • Comments: I'll definitely look forward to doing this race again next year. It was a fun way to end my first tri season. It figures that it's supposed to be 80 degrees today, two days after the race.

  • Comments: Event was good -- I probably could have done a little better, but such is life. This is probably the 'most happy' I have been with a triathlon (now that I have a whole 4 of them under my belt - 1 of which was indoors). It was awesome to have a couple of donkey's in the race, and also cheering on. The EEEAAAAAWWWWW's are like a little burst of adrenaline. Sandi was taking pictures, and parents came down to watch. Good times, good times. Now I have some time before next race, which will probably be Florida 70.3 series next May.... lots of time to improve on the swim distances and transitions.

  • Comments: It was a great race, and great to see everyone ther. I was proud to see Travis's improvements from Elkhart Lake to today. Great to see other fellow Donkai and enjoyed returning to this course. I plan on returning next year to improve again. eeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!

  • Comments: This is a fun race. I'm a little bummed that my time this year was slower. But, the transitions were a big part of it. Well, that and the bike issues.
