Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was the longest triathlon I'd yet tackled (my fourth ever), so I set myself the goal of finishing in 2 hrs. I finished in 1:40 with a sprint at the end of my run, so I felt very very good about it. Since it's a longer race, I ranked much worse than usual -- I think I'm competing against better athletes -- but I'm still quite content with my performance for the day.

Comments: Fun "Training day" -Patriot is only one week away!!!It was a perfect day-clear, warm, sunny..I had a great time..!

Comments: Firm racing did a bit better this year than last year. Bike zone was on the grassy field instead of the gravely parking lot. Lots of post race refreshments and goodies!!! Safety was good. I do wish they would mark the miles on the run.
