  • Comments: Very informal training. Never ran a mile in my life before mid-June; run training limited to a flat rubber track for two months before event. Met 2of 3 goals: 1 - Finished (check) 2 - Don't heave (check) 3 - Don't walk (next time)

  • Comments: Another good tri for Highlands Ranch. I wish BKB would list all of the rankings in each discipline. Unless you were in the top 15 overall in each part or in the top three in your age group, you can't get your rankings.
