Upload from your device

The Beginner Triathlete training log will upload your workouts from:

  • Garmin - direct from device, .TCX or .FIT   
  • Polar - .HRM files
  • Timex - .PWX files from the Timex Global Trainer.  
  • Trainingpeaks - basic workout data from website

You will be able to upload several workouts at once or, individual workouts.

The data available from these vary, but we can pull detailed heart-rate zone data along with your splits data.  Basic power data can be uploaded too.
