I signed up for this race in September, or maybe August - either way it should be a good time. One of the emails I received indicated that there might be a change to the swim start. As you might or might not know, it is currently a running mass start - DUDE! With this whole swim initiative, it might change.

I will be 20 this summer and am planning on doing Ironman Montreal. This will be my first year of triathlon, can I do this and stay away from injuries?
