Subject: 1 OLY, 3 Sprints, 1 Du and 1 more to go...I have had a busy season, but I can honestly say that I felt like I got better and faster in each race. I can also honestly say that I am tired both menatally and physically and looking forward to some downtime. But with all the training, I have really found out that I like to swim. I used to never swim for exercise, but I know that is one part of my training I will continue season round. I plan on still doing my group rides on Sat (weather permitting) and some trainer rides but I will also cut back my running to 2 or 3 times a week for awhile. Let the healing begin!
