Anyone familiar with White Rock Athletic Club?

I live right off of WRL and I always notice this place (on Buckner between Garland and Mockingbird) on my drive home.  Went to their website (http://whiterockathletic.fitnessinsite.com/) and they have a pool which is what I've been searching for (the nearest indoor pool that I know of is way too far).  Does anyone work out here or has anyone visited this place?  The hours work for me, and the place is about a mile away.
