What would you do differently?:

more practice on front crawl; good strategy for where i was at; 2 lenghts front crawl, 8 lengths alternate front crawl/back stroke, 4 lengths side stroke, 2 lengths back stroke it worked! got 16 lengths

was glad i had checked out the settings for the bike before so i knew exactly where to put handle bars and seat setting!
What would you do differently?:

transition was good; remember to go potty!!!!!

UWP's bike are not very comfortable; kept sliding forward; seat hard

more practice on bike at UWP to get more distance
did the best on the bike!

remember to flex the legs before starting the run; bend knees etc.

legs felt weak; some stomach problems, maybe a little better this time!
What would you do differently?:

work more on the transition from bike to run; bike hard and then run transiton; remember its only 15 min. watch clock more to help with end, only 3-4 more minutes, etc.
