Subject: Cedar Beach Clinic - This Weekend

Anyone doing the Cedar Beach Clinic this Sunday (28th) being run by Gary Jensen?  I am going to go check it out.  It is my first Tri and I can't think of a better way to get comfortable on the course than this!

 

If anyone can't make this one there is another one on October 11th.

I'll be out there! Gary is a great resource and is sure to put on a quality clinic, he knows the course well and has tons of triathlon experience.

 

Cedar Beach was a great race last year and will probably be better this year. My plan this year is to get out there an enjoy the race, then enoy some beers with friends post race!

I may go, not sure because I have my nephew's wedding on Saturday.  He's getting married in upstate New York and I'm going to end up driving 5 hours total - there and back.  Provided I don't get home late, I'll be there.  Gary Jensen has hammered home a lot of first place finishes at East End triathlons so I'd love to hear what he has to say.

Yeah, just checked the weather and saw that...  I sent Gary an email asking if there was a rain or shine event...  or if there is a rain date...  will post here when he responds.

I thought I saw you go by at mile 2!! How did the race go?
