Gonna rollerblade 10k down to the downtown gym, to check it out. Bring my aqua-trainer to see how it works in their pool. Then spin for an hour and stair step, for 20 mins.

i find myself in a pickle this fine day.. i was suppose to take the day off and run tomorrow.. but its suppose to rain...

if i run today: 8 miles or cross train (swim)

Swam 4 - 400m this morning.  Going for 30 minute jog at lunch.  Lifting weights for 30 minutes in the garage with the kids running around.

Took today and tomorrow off from the grind at the office.  Wanted 50 on the bike today to get out and clear the mind, but Mother Nature had some much-needed rain in the area.  Biked 15 in the neighborhood and bricked it with a 4.5 mi run.  It's offseason for me and shouldn't do a brick, but our 11 year old (who is on fall break) wanted to practice for the 5k this weekend.  Hey, why not throw in an offseason brick?  Must have come from watching Kona online last weekend...

Exercise with my personal trainer after work - strength and core work - then swim for 30 min.

I did 30 min on the Elliptical and my usual strength training routine at lunch (85 Minutes total for both)

After Work I did an hour on the bike (17 miles)
