Expert 1618 Temple, TX | Subject: RE: Lake travis tri? I sure hope there's water in Travis! I'm doing an OLY at Pace Bend Park this weekend. Drove there last weekend and there was water! Not sure how deep it is, but looks like enough to tri. One of the marinas was completely empty though. |

Veteran 234 Round Rock, TX | Subject: RE: Lake travis tri? Yeah, I'd recommend bringing a old pair of running shoes to put at the swim exit so you can run to transition. Running 1/4 mile barefoot or in flip flops is not fun. Good luck! |
