An easy 24.35 miles bike ride...the rain was coming...in time at home...uffff!!!

Easy day - maybe 3.4 mile run, 30 min core workout and as much football as my TV can dish out.  8 mile run coming up tomorrow morning. 

And I'm excited about it!  New shoes (New Balance 768's), new socks (Balega), new shorts, new headband/visor - what is it about new gear?).

2000 yd swim this afternoon and come home to watch the Skins/Dallas game.

I did manage to get in my ride. It was shorter than planned, but I still got in an hour and half of riding. A storm rolled in forcing me to cut the ride short . Fortunately, I made it home just before the worst of it.

Started to ride, it started to rain...set up the trainer and did a spinervals video (of course the sun came out when I did that)...Went to the gym and swam a long set I wanted to try for a while.
