mind is willing but knows body probably shouldnt.  i do plan on running out at lapham this fall but will probably have to pass on this.  boo-urns!

It's this Saturday, 10am. I think entry is about $20-25. Good, hard trail run on a very hilly course. Absolutely beautiful, but it's a beast for a 10K. Last year, I was sore for two weeks afterward. This year, I'm a little more ready for it.

I'll trade ya Scoob...you run the lakefront marathon for me and I will do this one......ya?

Nah, it's only an hour race and because it's a trail race it's really not great for spectators.

Nah, it's only an hour race and because it's a trail race it's really not great for spectators.

i have clearance from the tower for this, i will make a decision tomorrow.............................
